About Pastor Bill - Writer/Author, Preacher of the Finished Work of Christ, Conference Speaker

R. W. (Pastor Bill) Alderson is a Maryland Bible College & Seminary graduate and an ordained minister since 1994. He planted a church in the Cleveland, OH, area in 1998 and was its pastor for 12 years. He has also spent many years ministering in nursing homes and teaching residents at the Salvation Army. Pastor Bill has a passion for studying the Word of God intensely and has received divine inspiration, especially on the subject of the new covenant.

He has self-published five books dealing with the believer's faith in the personal God of the Bible. He currently teaches Bible studies at nursing homes and senior centers and ministers the Gospel weekly in the streets of Harford and Cecil counties (MD). He has recently begun a new church fellowship in Baltimore County. He and his wife have six children and ten grandchildren living in Havre de Grace, MD.

One of the more extraordinary fragments from Qumran was found in cave 11 and is known as 11Q13 or the Melchizedek Document. It can be dated to circa 100 BC, written in Hebrew, and ties Melchizedek to the year of Jubilee, when every creditor shall release that which he has lent to his neighbor. It has five direct references to Melchizedek, the king of righteousness and king of peace according to Hebrews 7:2.
